Shipping
All STRADAL artworks are printed on demand at a local fine art printshop in Bucharest and carefully inspected before shipping. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and delivered. We currently ship within Romania only.
Shipping cost: $5 flat rate on all orders. Free shipping on orders over $80. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your print on its way to you.
Each print is packaged with care — protected with acid-free tissue paper and shipped in a rigid mailer or cardboard tube (depending on size) to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your STRADAL artwork. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The print must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
