5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and other payment methods supported by Stripe.

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your payment has been successfully processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Romania only. Shipping details, costs, and timelines are described on our Shipping & Returns page.

All prints are produced on demand and carefully inspected before shipping. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and delivered.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including images, artworks, text, design, and the STRADAL name and visual identity — is the intellectual property of Cristi Hâncu and Design Tati SRL, protected by Romanian and international copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

When you purchase a STRADAL print, you acquire the physical artwork. You do not acquire any copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial usage rights to the image itself.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Website for any unlawful purpose

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website

Interfere with the operation or security of the Website

Reproduce, scrape, or republish content from the Website without permission

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design Tati SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or any products purchased through it.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchased shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Stripe, Google, and Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bucharest, Romania.

For consumers within the European Union, you may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
